Onboarding Process Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Onboarding Expert to join our team at Jobactive GmbH. As a Specialist Onboarding Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding process for new customers, including the setup of new contracts, amendments to existing contracts, and contract renewals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to phone inquiries from sales and internal teams regarding order status.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the onboarding process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
