Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our After Sales Service team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and provide solutions to customer issues.

  • Order Management: Manage customer orders, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of products.

  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, identify stock discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.

  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
