Construction Engineer/Architect/Technical Supervisor

Position: Civil Engineer/Architect/Technical Master (m/f/d) or EquivalentKey Responsibilities:- Oversee and execute new construction and renovation initiatives across all stages, prioritizing future climate neutrality while adhering to budgetary limits.
- Manage cost control, budgeting, and strategic long-term renovation planning.
- Collaborate with external contractors, architects, and specialists.
- Facilitate communication and documentation with regulatory bodies and funding organizations.
- Assess and implement various maintenance strategies.
- Coordinate activities with in-house craftsmen and maintenance staff.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Technical Master, or a related field.
- Experience in planning or construction is preferred, but we welcome newcomers.
- Familiarity with contract law (VOB, HOAI).
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
- Ability to work independently and in an organized manner.
- Proficient in engaging with external contractors and cooperative members.
- Strong command of MS Office applications.
- Valid Class B driver's license and proficient German language skills.
