Structural Engineer/Architect/Technical Specialist

Position: Civil Engineer/Architect/Technical Master (m/f/d) or SimilarKey Responsibilities:- Oversee and execute new construction and renovation initiatives, ensuring a focus on future climate neutrality while adhering to budgetary limits.
- Manage cost assessments, budgeting, and long-term renovation strategies.
- Collaborate with external contractors, architects, and specialists.
- Facilitate communication and documentation with regulatory bodies and funding organizations.
- Assess and implement various maintenance strategies.
- Coordinate activities of in-house craftsmen and maintenance staff.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Technical Master, or a related field.
- Experience in planning or construction is preferred, but we welcome applications from recent graduates.
- Familiarity with contract law (VOB, HOAI) is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
- Confident in engaging with external partners and cooperative members.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Valid Class B driver's license and strong proficiency in the German language.
