Position: Civil Engineer/Architect/Technical Master (m/f/d) or equivalentKey Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and execute new construction and renovation initiatives across all stages, prioritizing future climate neutrality while adhering to budgetary limits.
  • Manage financial aspects, including cost monitoring, budgeting, and strategic renovation planning.
  • Collaborate with external contractors, architects, and specialists.
  • Facilitate communication and documentation with regulatory bodies and funding organizations.
  • Assess and implement various maintenance strategies.
  • Coordinate with in-house tradespeople and maintenance staff.
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Technical Master, or a related field.
  • Experience in planning or construction is advantageous; we welcome applications from newcomers.
  • Familiarity with contract regulations (VOB, HOAI).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Ability to work independently and in an organized manner.
  • Confident communication with external partners and cooperative members.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Valid Class B driver's license and excellent proficiency in German.
