Position: Civil Engineer/Architect/Technical Master (m/f/d) or EquivalentKey Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and execute construction and renovation initiatives through all stages, prioritizing sustainable and climate-neutral building practices while adhering to budgetary limits.
  • Manage financial aspects, including cost oversight, budgeting, and strategic long-term renovation planning.
  • Collaborate with external contractors, architects, and specialists.
  • Facilitate communication and documentation with regulatory bodies and funding agencies.
  • Assess and implement various maintenance strategies.
  • Coordinate activities of in-house tradespeople and maintenance staff.
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Technical Master, or a related field.
  • Experience in planning or construction is preferred, but we welcome newcomers.
  • Familiarity with contract law (VOB, HOAI).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and in an organized manner.
  • Confident communication with external partners and cooperative members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid Class B driver's license and strong proficiency in the German language.
