Job Summary

We're seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead our railway projects and tenders. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for developing contract strategies, managing project proposals, and ensuring compliance with technical standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement contract strategies and project proposals
  • Manage project delivery and lifecycle coordination
  • Contract management with customers and subcontractors
  • Risk analysis and management
  • Project budget and forecast management
  • External stakeholder management
  • Site activities planning and supervision
  • Change management and variation order/claim management
  • Product and system certification process support
  • Physical progress and financials reporting
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience as a project manager
  • Knowledge of HOAI, VOB, and German project execution guidelines
  • General knowledge of planning and field access rules
  • Experience as a manager of multiple teams or team leaders
  • Strong influencing, networking, and teamwork skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work methodically
