Position Overview

Senior MEP Project Manager - Sisk Group

As a Senior MEP Project Manager, you will report directly to the Regional Director/Regional MEP Manager. This role is pivotal in supervising the execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across various projects. Your leadership will be essential in motivating teams to ensure timely project completion while adhering to budget constraints and maintaining safety, quality, and energy efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advocating for the implementation of Building Services Department Management Systems
  • Contributing to the Building Services Strategic Plan
  • Facilitating the tendering and awarding processes for MEP contracts
  • Ensuring project management aligns with established procedures and guidelines
  • Overseeing MEP project initiation and management of live energy systems
  • Driving the completion of safety documentation and the 'Soft Landings' approach
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in leading large-scale MEP initiatives
  • Relevant academic qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
  • Membership in a recognized professional institution, such as CIBSE or equivalent
  • IOSH or similar Health & Safety management certification
  • Comprehensive understanding of the MEP supply chain landscape
  • Exceptional technical, interpersonal, and commercial acumen
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and live energy management practices
  • Proactive approach with the ability to identify and execute tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
