Agency Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agency Partnerships Manager to join our team at SongPush. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and retaining the most relevant creator agencies for our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Agency Goals and KPI Planning: Collaborate with our Head of Creators to define and iterate monthly and yearly goals for agency acquisition and retention.
  • Creator Agency Acquisition: Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to identify and categorize relevant creator agencies, design and implement a lean partnerships funnel, track the partnerships process with our CRM systems, and ensure a seamless creator agency onboarding process.
  • Creator Agency Retention: Develop and iterate retention strategies, establish effective communication channels with agency partners, ensure high partner engagement, create robust agency contracts, and prioritize in-person meetings and events.
Requirements:
  • Agency Relations: Proven experience managing relationships with creator agencies.
  • Marketing/Sales: Background in personalized outreach and lead generation.
  • Industry Experience: Knowledge of digital marketing and the creator economy.
  • Contract Negotiation: Experience in contract negotiation.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency with data analysis tools like Power BI (preferred).

  • Excellent Communication: Superior verbal and written skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong skills for managing contracts.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills.

  • Entrepreneurial Mind: Challenge existing processes and redefine them if needed.
