About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Autonomous Fleet Manager to join our team at Miles Mobility. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about managing a fleet of vehicles and ensuring seamless operations.

Job Summary

The Autonomous Fleet Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fleet, including vehicle maintenance, driver management, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling, maintenance, and repairs
  • Oversee driver performance and provide training and coaching as needed
  • Monitor and analyze fleet metrics, including fuel efficiency, mileage, and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations with other business functions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in fleet management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
