**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales and Managing Director to join our team in Germany and Austria. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our market share, and establishing long-term relationships with local and international key accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement a local marketing and sales strategy, including personnel and process development.
  • Grow the German and Austrian market share by selling existing product lines and identifying new opportunities.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the Germany & Austria team to increase market share.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with local and international key accounts.
  • Identify sales opportunities, develop proposals, negotiate, and win deals.
  • Win and manage large projects with high technical content.
  • Expand market coverage and monitor customer service business.
  • Collaborate closely with the HQ and sites in Europe.
  • Establish Romaco's packaging and processing technology in Germany & Austria.
  • Participate in industry-related trade fairs and maintain industry-relevant networks.

**Requirements**

  • Technical or commercial degree or equivalent industry experience, with an MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience, including 5 years of strategic management experience in the engineering-based local and international pharma industry (packaging/processing).
  • Technical background with proven strategic management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the regional market and relevant industry sales networks.
  • Demonstrated sales and business development experience, with a proven track record.
  • Exceptional customer orientation, excellent communication skills.
  • Reliable, loyal, and responsible for compliance.
