Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Senior Analyst to join our expanding team in Munich, Germany. As a key member of our International FP&A department, you will play a vital role in supporting our commercial activities outside of the United States.

Job Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Revenue Forecast and Analysis: Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts for Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, ensuring timely and effective reporting and analysis.
  • OpEx Forecast and Analysis: Provide detailed OpEx forecasts and analyses for GSA and selected international departments, ensuring resources sizing and monitoring align with business objectives.
  • Commissions Coordination and Planning: Collaborate with regional heads and teams to coordinate and plan quarterly commissions, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Process Improvement and Reporting: Maintain and adapt reports and processes to meet evolving business needs, leveraging new ERP and planning tool implementations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or a relevant field.
  • Proven working experience in FP&A, preferably in a public company.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and ability to work with various IT systems.
  • Familiarity with financial planning tools (e.g., Hyperion, Cognos TM1, SAC).
  • Prior use of ERP systems (e.g., SAP S4/HANA).
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Excellent analytical skills and team-oriented mindset.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications, as well as hybrid working arrangements and opportunities for growth and professional development within our dynamic organization.
