About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at TeamViewer. As a key member of our Customer Support Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch technical support to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, ticket, and chat
  • Conduct online demonstrations of our software solutions to showcase their functionality and benefits
  • Identify customer needs and escalate requests to our sales department as necessary
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support team to ensure seamless delivery of customer support services

Requirements

  • University degree in economics or relevant vocational education
  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory, with additional languages a plus
  • Windows/Mac user knowledge is desirable
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or sales is essential
  • Determination, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are essential qualities
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people are required
