Customer Support Expert

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at TeamViewer. As a key member of our Customer Support Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch technical support to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, ticket, and chat
- Conduct online demonstrations of our software solutions to showcase their functionality and benefits
- Identify customer needs and escalate requests to our sales department as necessary
- Collaborate with the Customer Support team to ensure seamless delivery of customer support services
Requirements
- University degree in economics or relevant vocational education
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory, with additional languages a plus
- Windows/Mac user knowledge is desirable
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles or sales is essential
- Determination, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are essential qualities
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people are required
