Our Client

We are working closely with the premium automobile manufacturer BMW (Bayerische Motoren Werke) to find a Customer Support Expert (m/w/d) for BMW.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Enhancing the value and usability of individual systems for users
  • Assuming the analysis of requirements and accompanying projects
  • Prioritizing necessary market and technical requirements
  • Supporting development teams and contributing to the creation of test scenarios
  • Operating and maintaining individual applications while considering agile development methods
  • Ensuring the adherence to financial limits by planning, monitoring, and controlling financial flows

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A technical or business-related degree or equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in the conception, implementation, test management, and operation of software solutions in a responsible position
  • Technical understanding and evaluation skills, preferably with an affinity for software development
  • Comprehensive knowledge of agile methods and frameworks in software development and the applications Jira and Confluence
  • Good knowledge of service processes in the automotive industry in retail businesses
  • Excellent German and English language skills
