About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Expert to join our team at Deutscher Sparkassen- und Giroverband e. V. in Berlin. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and leading change management projects across the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for managing change and driving business transformation within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and address change management needs, develop solutions, and implement change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement change management plans, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on change management best practices, tools, and methodologies.
  • Monitor and analyze trends in the financial services industry, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Develop and lead projects to drive business transformation, leveraging expertise in change management, process improvement, and organizational development.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Change Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, business transformation, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading change management initiatives and driving business results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
