{"h2": "About the Role", "p": "At Project A Ventures, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Digital Consulting team as a Digital Transformation Specialist. In this role, you'll work closely with our clients to define and execute value-driving projects that drive digital transformation and growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Strategically defining key-value drivers for our support in close collaboration with the C-level of our clients
* Building and maintaining close relationships with the C-Level and other stakeholders of our clients
* Ensuring the successful collaboration of our portfolio companies and our operational teams through excellent project and stakeholder management
* Preparing and leading recurring Steering Committees together with our operational teams
* Delivering excellent hands-on operational support in areas such as operations, project management, strategy, or business development
* Planning, staffing, and managing cross-functional projects

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

* High ambition and drive to achieve excellent results
* Fluent English and German (at least C1)
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* 3-5 years work experience in a consultancy, Mittelstand, corporate innovation, or scale-up environment
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Very good understanding of digital business models and digital transformation
* Pragmatic, structured with a bias for action
* Comfortable in a demanding environment
* True team player and culture driver
