{"h2": "About the Role", "p": "At Project A Ventures, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Consulting team, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing value-driving projects with our portfolio companies and external clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving digital transformation, project and program management, and stakeholder management across various industries, including MedTech, Renewable Energy, and Ecommerce.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Strategically defining key-value drivers for our support in close collaboration with the C-level of our clients
* Building and maintaining close relationships with C-Level and other stakeholders of our clients
* Ensuring the successful collaboration of our portfolio companies and our operational teams through excellent project and stakeholder management
* Preparing and leading recurring Steering Committees together with our operational teams
* Delivering excellent hands-on operational support in areas such as Operations, Project Management, Strategy, or Business Development
* Planning, staffing, and managing cross-functional projects

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

* High ambition and drive to achieve excellent results
* Fluency in English and German (at least C1)
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* 3-5 years of work experience in a consultancy, Mittelstand, corporate innovation, or scale-up environment
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* A very good understanding of digital business models and digital transformation
* Pragmatic, structured with a bias for action
* Comfortable in a demanding environment
* True team player and culture driver
* Experience in change management is a plus
