As a Senior Manager Total Rewards at Bauer Media Group, you will be part of our Group HR Function. Your key responsibilities will include the design and deployment of the compensation and benefits strategy across the organization, working closely with colleagues from various Bauer locations worldwide.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Conception and further development of the global compensation strategy
- Ensuring corresponding compensation and benefit structures for different countries
- Further development of competitive, benchmark-based compensation structures, bonus schemes, and employee benefits plans
- Responsibility for the global annual remuneration round (bonus and base salary)
- Further development of compensation processes and tools, as well as identifying and realizing digitalization potentials
- Carrying out benchmark analyses, deriving trends on the market, and issuing recommendations for action
- Collaboration with Corporate Finance in determining, analyzing, and evaluating the personnel cost budget, as well as the budget for salary increase
- Building, leading, and managing a team of three Total Rewards Managers
- You have a completed business degree and a minimum of seven years of professional experience in the area of compensation and benefits in an international matrix organization
- You are familiar with the conceptual development and optimization of international compensation systems and structures in a company of similar size
- You have already successfully implemented (international) projects and have strong stakeholder management skills
- You are proficient in German and English on a professional level
- You have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and solid experience with SAP/SUCCESSFACTORS
- Mandatory requirement of a high level of discretion and to keep certain information confidential
- You have a very process-driven and data-oriented, analytical working style with strategic and critical thinking
