Commercial Planning Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Junior Commercial Planning Manager to join our team at Flaconi. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven planning and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define commercial targets and contribute to sales planning efforts.
- Participate in the planning cycle and implementation of commercial strategies, ensuring alignment and effective execution.
- Conduct regular analysis of sales performance, key performance indicators, and relevant metrics to assess the success of commercial strategies.
- Work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends, using SQL to query databases and analyze data.
- Contribute to the planning process by bringing fresh perspectives and ideas, actively participating in the development of basic tools and processes with our data analytics team.
- Monitor daily business performance, identify deviations, and assist in providing strategic recommendations to address performance gaps.
- Visualize data and create compelling presentation slides, translating complex data insights into clear and impactful messages for stakeholders and executive leadership.
About You
- At least three years of work experience in consumer-oriented commercial, financial, or highly analytical roles in an e-commerce company.
- Previous experience in business planning and a good understanding of the P&L structure in e-commerce or retail is a must.
- Degree in business administration, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a comparable course of studies with a focus on data processing.
- Good communication skills & fluency in English; German would be a plus.
- Previous experience in tools such as Microsoft office/G-Suite, SQL, and Tableau (or any other data visualization tool).
