Commercial Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Planning Specialist to join our team at Contorion GmbH. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analyses, creating dashboards, and driving commercial decision-making through regular steering meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain advanced analytical capabilities to enhance understanding of our business performance
- Lead regular steering meetings to influence commercial decision-making
- Propose key strategic initiatives and support their implementation
- Ensure company-wide alignment on KPIs, including their calculation methods and interpretation across all departments
- Drive a data-driven planning process for the commercial year and major events
- 2-5 years of professional experience in commercial planning or a related field
- Advanced analytical capabilities, including proficiency in SQL, Looker Studio, and the Google Office Suite
- Strong business acumen and commercial knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams
- Expertise in process management, optimizing workflows and improving operational efficiency
