Commercial Planning Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Planning Manager to join our team at Flaconi. As a key member of our commercial operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define commercial targets and contribute to sales planning efforts
- Participate in the planning cycle and implementation of commercial strategies and company budgets
- Conduct regular analysis of sales performance, KPIs, and metrics to assess commercial strategy success
- Work with large data sets to extract meaningful insights and trends using SQL
- Contribute to the planning process by bringing fresh perspectives and ideas
- Monitor daily business performance, identify deviations, and provide strategic recommendations
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in a consumer-oriented commercial, financial, or analytical role in an e-commerce company
- Previous experience in business planning and a good understanding of P&L structures in e-commerce or retail
- Degree in business administration, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a comparable field with a focus on data processing
- Good communication skills and fluency in English; German a plus
- Experience with tools like Microsoft Office/G-Suite, SQL, and Tableau
