Commercial Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Junior Commercial Planning Manager to join our team at Flaconi. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success through data-driven planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define commercial targets and contribute to sales planning efforts
- Participate in the planning cycle and implementation of commercial strategies and company budgets
- Conduct regular analysis of sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of commercial strategies
- Work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends using SQL
- Contribute to the planning process by bringing fresh perspectives and ideas
- Monitor daily business performance and identify areas for improvement
- At least three years of work experience in a consumer-oriented commercial, financial, or highly analytical role in an e-commerce company
- Previous experience in business planning and a good understanding of the P&L structure in e-commerce or retail
- Degree in business administration, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a comparable course of studies with a focus on data processing
- Good communication skills and fluency in English; German is a plus
- Previous experience in tools such as Microsoft Office/G-Suite, SQL, and Tableau
