The Berlin Institute of Health (BIH) is a leading institution in translational research, driving innovation in medical translation. Our PhD program is designed for talented individuals who wish to pursue a doctoral degree in a translational research environment.

Program Overview

The BIH PhD program fosters interdisciplinarity and supports young translational talents. We offer a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with international experts, and contribute to the development of novel approaches in personalized prediction, prevention, diagnostics, and therapies.

Selection Process

The selection process is designed to identify highly motivated and qualified candidates. Interested applicants can apply via the BIA application portal. Following the application deadline, pre-selected candidates will be invited to the selection days, which will include panel interviews and individual meetings with principal investigators.
