Senior OEM Sales Manager

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced OEM Sales Manager to join our team in Willich, Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships, securing new design wins, and achieving revenue quotas within your assigned accounts and territory.
Key Responsibilities- Qualify opportunities quickly and effectively
- Review new leads and strategically prospect into target accounts within the territory to build a pipeline
- Capture and update opportunity information in Salesforce
- Understand the customer decision-making process and communicate requirements clearly to the organization
- Be knowledgeable and proficient in presenting Silex products and technologies to your customers and partners
- Build relationships with key decision-makers
- Build relationships, manage, and coordinate sales activities with our distribution and reps partners
- Negotiate the best deal possible for Silex
- Generate revenue growth for new and existing customers
- Bear responsibility for customers through all stages of the Sales Process
- Understand customer forecasts and secure orders against stated lead times
- Identify and execute long-term strategy plans for strategic customers
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Business, Computer Science, Electrical or Software Engineering, or equivalent education and experience
- 5 years of sales experience in a semiconductor, electronics, or technology company
- Proven ability to learn technical products
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong oral and written communication in English and German. French is a plus.
- Travel Required 25-50%
You will report to our office in Willich, Germany. While physical presence in the office is not mandatory, your proximity to a major European airport is necessary if you work remotely. Most of your travel will be within Europe, with occasional international trips.
