About the Position

This full-time role is based in Munich and reports directly to the Senior Community Manager. As a Community Associate, you'll be an integral part of our team, supporting the company's growth and community operations.

Your Day at Mindspace

As a Community Associate, you'll be responsible for front desk logistics, office management, and community tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a point of contact for members and guests
  • Monitoring the front desk during operation hours
  • Coordinating maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, and equipment
  • Organizing office operations and procedures
  • Working on community tasks with the Community Managers
  • Solving member-related issues
  • Assisting with building operations and maintenance
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or project management
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • High level of English and German (verbal and written)

  • Customer-centric approach and strong communication skills
  • Practical problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and local business environment
