Enterprise Support Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Enterprise Support team at KNIME AG. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of support engineers and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of support engineers to provide timely and effective support to our customers
- Develop and implement support processes and procedures to ensure high-quality support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues
- Provide regular feedback to the engineering and product teams on customer support experience
