Enterprise Support Team Lead

KNIME is a fast-growing international Enterprise Software company, and we're seeking a skilled Team Lead to join our Enterprise Support team.
About the RoleWe're looking for a seasoned professional with experience in enterprise support and team leadership. As a Team Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing our worldwide customer support team, which currently provides support out of Austin, Texas, Hungary, and Germany.
You'll work closely with our Customer Care team to ensure the quality of our support is maintained at a high level while scaling the team and processes to cover the growing number of customers.
Our engineering and product team will also receive regular feedback from you, consolidated from the support experience.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the worldwide customer support team and ensure high-quality support is provided to our customers.
- Work closely with the Customer Care team to scale the team and processes to meet growing customer needs.
- Provide regular feedback to the engineering and product team based on support experience.
- Continually improve support processes to ensure efficient and effective support delivery.
