We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Enterprise Support team at KNIME AG. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of support professionals to provide exceptional customer support to our global customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of support professionals to provide timely and effective support to customers
- Develop and implement support processes and procedures to ensure high-quality support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to improve their performance
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the industry to ensure our support team is equipped to handle complex customer issues
