Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead a complex international project deploying state-of-the-art rail electrification technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large international team, ensuring the project is completed on time, with an ambitious profitability, and to the required quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a highly complex international project with a value of up to high 3-digit million euros.
- Lead a large international team and coordinate all internal organizational units.
- Manage all stakeholders, including higher management of the customer, authorities, national and international consortium partners, and subcontractors.
- Proactively pursue goals/milestones and ensure an entrepreneurial opportunity and risk management.
- Create transparency for customers and top management through excellent communication skills and meaningful reports.
