Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team at HubSpot, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Provide coaching and training to sales teams to enhance their skills and performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies
- Work closely with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to leverage new features and products to drive business growth
- 1+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Fluency in both German and English
- Excellent consultative selling and closing skills
- Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Strong focus on goals and a proven ability to achieve them
