We specialize in research and development, design, and sales of our own branded home furnishings products. Our product portfolio includes a wide range of furniture series, home decor series, garden series, pet series, and other categories. Our products are distributed in Europe, North America, Japan, and other countries and regions.

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented Industrial Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing product strategies with our team
  • Conducting trend research on CMF, technologies, functionalities, and user needs
  • Participating in team brainstorming sessions
  • Generating concepts and developing 3D models
  • Refining selected concepts until a pre-engineering stage
  • Creating renderings and building concept presentations for our headquarters in China
  • Attending trade fairs and exhibitions within and outside Europe
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3D Max or Solidworks (3D Max and Rhino are a plus)
  • Experience with rendering software such as Vray or Keyshot
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Hand sketching and/or other quick visualization methods
  • Workshop/prototyping/3D printing capabilities
  • 1-3 years of industrial design experience, preferably in furniture and/or houseware
  • Proven examples of products launched in the market are a plus
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Education/degree in Furniture/Industrial Design or equivalent field
  • Fluent spoken and written English (German and/or Chinese is a plus, other languages are welcome)
