Product Designer - Innovation Leader

About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer - Innovation Leader to join our App area, where you will play a key role in developing innovative mobile applications that enhance the healthcare experience for our customers.

About your responsibilities:

  • Lead UX activities, including design activities in the app area, to ensure seamless user experiences.

  • Plan and select user-centered methods to inform design decisions.

  • Integrate UX research to understand the context of use, working closely with UX Researchers.

  • Create design concepts and conceptual modeling with variations, including information architectures, navigation structures, and wireframes.

  • Conduct UX workshops, leveraging design thinking principles.

  • Define and visualize interaction flows.

  • Implement and design sensory UI design in Figma.

  • Ensure integration of our corporate identity and corporate design in the UI design through close exchange with the brand.

  • Present your ideas and concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

About you:

  • You are a design expert with a strong background in Human Centered Design.

  • You have routine experience in Figma or comparable prototyping/design tools.

  • You have practical experience in interdisciplinary UX workshops.

  • You possess high levels of self-organization and initiative.

  • You can balance brand, usability, accessibility, and conversion goals.

  • You have strong feedback and communication skills.

  • You are fluent in English and proficient in German at an intermediate level or above.
