Commercial Project Manager

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Commercial Project Manager, der unsere kaufmännischen und finanziellen Belange in der Abwicklung eines Projektes (Rolling Stock) sicherstellt.
Verantwortlichkeiten- Die Erreichung der Projektziele sicherstellen und als Kundenschnittstelle für alle kommerziellen Themen agieren.
- Schnittstellen im Projekt wie Engineering, Einkauf, Inbetriebsetzung, Zulassung etc. betreuen.
- Ein effizienter und effektiver Chancen- und Risiko-Prozess sicherstellen und ein aktives Risiko- und Assetmanagement betreiben.
- Die korrekte Bilanzierung nach IFRS/FRG im Rahmen des Monats- und Quartalsabschlusses sicherstellen und prüfungssichere Dokumentation gewährleisten.
- Zeitgerechte Reportings an interne und externe Stakeholder erstellen.
- Change Orders mit dem Kunden erstellen und verhandeln.
- Ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Bachelorstudium.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der kaufmännischen Projektleitung.
- Umfangreiche kaufmännische Erfahrung im internationalen Umfeld und sehr gute Kenntnisse der Projektbilanzierung gem. IFRS.
- Umfassende Kenntnisse der PM-Methoden, -Prozesse und -Werkzeuge sowie Grundlagenwissen im Vertrags-, Claim-, Einkaufs-, Logistik- sowie Chancen- und Risikomanagement.
- Zertifizierung gem. PM@Siemens oder vergleichbar.
- Umfangreiche IT-, MS Office- und SAP-Kenntnisse.
- Sicherer Umgang mit Deutsch und Englisch und Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen.
