Job Description

At METRO GROUP, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assessment Expert to join our team. This role is pivotal in overseeing and executing comprehensive assessments of our entities worldwide, ensuring compliance with our stringent Global Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and conduct unannounced assessments of Metro and FSD entities, as well as announced QMS assessments.
  • Conduct Global QA Assessments remotely or physically, evaluating compliance and quality performance.
  • Align assessment findings with assesses and prepare comprehensive assessment reports.
  • Track and fulfill GQA Assessment KPIs, supporting the calibration and training of assessors.
  • Develop Quality Assurance documents related to the assessment process and review/update checklists annually.
Requirements:
  • Deep knowledge of HACCP and GQA standards.
  • Experience with implementing and auditing Quality Management Systems.
  • Lead auditor training and minimum 3 years of audit experience in a multinational company.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation and report writing skills.
  • Self-motivation, determination, and confidence in your abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.
