Clinical Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Management Consultant to join our team at Siemens Healthineers AG. As a key member of our Clinical Operational Consulting department, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers in German-speaking countries achieve their goals in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities- Support our German consulting practice in expanding its presence in the global healthcare market
- Lead projects within healthcare facilities, collaborating with project teams to develop efficient solutions and implement them
- Drive the acquisition of projects and marketing activities for our Consulting unit, preparing offers for customers and developing white papers
- Identify and exploit opportunities to expand projects, ensuring continuous communication with customers and challenging their approach when necessary
- Develop and maintain in-depth expertise in clinical processes and their further development in practice
- Completed degree in medicine, ideally with additional qualifications in economics (e.g. MBA) and/or another advanced degree (e.g. PhD, M.D.)
- Many years of project experience in the field of healthcare, with additional consulting experience an advantage
- In-depth expertise in the clinical environment, with relevant experience in a clinic or healthcare facility
- Experience in applying customary technologies and digital solutions in the provision of healthcare
- Familiarity with clinical pathways, process analyses and optimizations, LEAN approaches, process mining and design thinking, with extensive application experience
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with excellent command of German and very good English skills
- Demonstrable ability to work in project teams and motivate others, enabling success in a dynamic environment
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills
- Keen to travel for project business and sales activities
- Professional, customer-focused manner and consultant-like behavior
