Join our global team as a Senior Management Consultant (f/m/d) in (Clinical) Operational Consulting, leveraging your clinical expertise to enhance our clients in German-speaking regions. We integrate medical process knowledge, digital skills, and extensive clinical experience into a cohesive unit.
Value Partners for Healthcare Consulting operates within the Enterprise Services organization and is one of the most dynamic and rapidly expanding divisions of Siemens Healthineers. We deliver a comprehensive suite of independent consulting services and customized guidance regarding the implementation of Siemens Healthineers' product offerings.
This role can be based in various locations. You have the flexibility to work remotely (within Germany) up to 60% of your working hours, subject to manager approval.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support our consulting practice in its ambition to become a leading healthcare consulting organization globally, utilizing your extensive expertise to facilitate further growth in alignment with our strategic objectives.
- Lead projects within healthcare facilities, collaborating with project teams to guide customer interactions, develop efficiency-driven solutions, and oversee their implementation.
- Drive project acquisition and systematic marketing initiatives for our Consulting unit, including preparing customer proposals and contributing to the development of white papers.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand projects while maintaining continuous communication with clients to ensure project success. You will challenge existing approaches, present well-founded arguments, and maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in the evolution of clinical processes in practice.

Your Qualifications:
- A degree in medicine is preferred, with additional qualifications in economics (e.g., MBA) or other advanced degrees (e.g., PhD, M.D.) being advantageous.
- Extensive project experience in healthcare; additional consulting experience is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of the clinical environment, with relevant experience in a healthcare facility.
- Familiarity with standard technologies and digital solutions in healthcare delivery.
- Expertise in clinical pathways, process analysis and optimization, LEAN methodologies, process mining, and design thinking, ideally applied to enhance patient care.
Your Skills:
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with fluency in German and strong English proficiency, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders in both national and international contexts.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in project teams and inspire others, aiding healthcare providers in Germany and globally to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Outstanding analytical and quantitative problem-solving capabilities, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Willingness to travel for project-related activities and client engagements.
