Clinical Research and Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research and Business Development Professional to join our team at Siemens Healthineers AG. As a key member of our global team, you will play a crucial role in advancing the application of MRI in Dentistry.
Key Responsibilities- Initiate and oversee cooperation with leading academic key opinion leaders and industry partners to establish and expand a network of partnerships in the emerging clinical area of MRI in Dentistry.
- Translate clinical requirements of Dentistry into pre-development initiatives and roadmap components, launching and endorsing relevant projects with your expertise.
- Contribute significantly to related publications and develop clinical evidence through collaboration with internal regulatory teams, external networks, and business partners.
- Master's degree and PhD or doctoral degree in Natural Sciences, Medicine, Dentistry, or a related field, with excellent academic results.
- Professional experience in medical imaging, with a preference for MRI and/or Dentistry, supported by strong references and notable accomplishments.
- Authorship and publication of scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals throughout your career.
- Profound skills and experience in business development, including negotiation experience in an international environment.
- In-depth experience in engaging with medical opinion leaders and specialist associations, with a network within Dentistry or another medical field.
- Business fluency in English and a good command of German, with negotiation experience to operate confidently in an international environment.
- Culturally aware individual with strong communication skills, able to work effectively across all levels of our organization and integrate with a team.
- Results-driven, with a proactive approach to accomplishing objectives and upholding high standards collaboratively within a team.
- Open to occasional international business trips.
