At OSW Netherlands B.V., we are passionate about clean energy and committed to driving sustainable growth. Our company provides high-quality solar products and solutions across Europe, and we are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities of the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts, acquiring new clients, and working closely with the sales and technical teams to deliver tailor-made solar solutions. They will also develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring retention of current business and identifying new opportunities within the portfolio.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the Solar industry
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or similar (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and negotiate effectively
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary with performance-based bonuses, ranging from €52,000 to €64,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide professional development and training opportunities and a positive work environment with a focus on innovation and sustainability.
