About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our international marketing efforts and drive growth in the French and Polish markets.

As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to establish our brand and lead a team of talented individuals to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage international websites, social media channels, and other digital marketing platforms to increase brand awareness and reach across Europe.
  • Develop and implement long-term international influencer marketing strategies that drive business growth and expansion.
  • Lead a dedicated team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing objectives and goals.
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of financial resources to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of influencer marketing initiatives to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance, focusing on ROI and market penetration.
  • Ensure marketing strategies comply with local laws and regulations in target countries.
  • Identify opportunities for market entry and design go-to-market strategies for new regions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international marketing, with a preference for e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research and data.
  • In-depth understanding of international marketing, market dynamics, and cultural nuances.
  • Able to think outside the box in developing and executing innovative campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English and French is a must.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
