About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team at Les Lunes, a fast-growing fashion start-up from Berlin. As a key member of our growth team, you will play a crucial role in promoting our brand's mission, values, and products across the French and Polish markets.


As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow our brand in these markets. This will involve establishing our brand, leading a team of talented individuals, and driving business growth through innovative campaigns and initiatives.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing international websites, social media channels, and other digital marketing platforms to increase brand awareness and reach.
  • Strategic leadership and development of a dedicated team focusing on influencer marketing.
  • Planning and implementation of long-term international influencer marketing strategies to increase Les Lunes' brand awareness and reach across Europe.
  • Budget management, ensuring efficient use of financial resources.
  • Analysing and reporting on the performance of influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Tracking and analysing marketing performance, focusing on ROI and market penetration.
  • Ensuring strategies comply with local laws and regulations in target countries.
  • Identifying opportunities for market entry and designing go-to-market strategies for new regions.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of international marketing professionals.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional with a strong background in international marketing, preferably in e-commerce. Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international marketing, with a preference for e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research and data.
  • In-depth understanding of international marketing, market dynamics, and cultural nuances.
  • Able to think outside the box in developing and executing innovative campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English and French is a must.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
