ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Influencer Marketing Manager (f/m/x) for France, you will spearhead the development, execution, and refinement of influencer marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility, fostering engagement, and driving customer acquisition within the French market. This position calls for a creative yet analytical individual who excels in managing influencer relationships and possesses a comprehensive understanding of the French social media environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Formulate and implement innovative influencer marketing strategies that align with overarching marketing and business goals.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard influencers in France who resonate with the brand's ethos and target demographic.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with influencers, ensuring effective communication and a shared understanding of campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including content, social media, and public relations, to integrate influencer marketing into broader marketing strategies.
  • Develop and oversee influencer content schedules, ensuring timely execution and consistency with brand messaging.
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and shifts in influencer marketing practices in France.
  • Negotiate and manage influencer contracts and compensation within budgetary constraints.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring influencer-generated content aligns with the company's values and standards.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing within the French market.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch, along with their respective influencer ecosystems.
  • A proven history of executing successful influencer campaigns with quantifiable outcomes.
  • A strong network of connections within the French influencer community.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • A data-driven approach with the capability to analyze campaign metrics and convert insights into actionable strategies.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to conceive unique and engaging campaign ideas.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
  • Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
  • Adept at thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
