Project Manager, Laboratory Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Labforward GmbH. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and scaling customer implementation projects for our laboratory management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and track all activities with internal and customer stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the deployment process and post-deployment
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and process improvements for future deployments
  • Participate in internal standups with the customer implementation team
Requirements
  • 8 years of project management experience, preferably at software organizations or in pharma or related industries
  • Experience in delivering impactful projects, e.g. custom software deliveries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with both customers and internal partners in German and English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment and work cross-functionally
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and proactive team player
