Project Operations Specialist

Join SAP's Data Space team as a Project Operations Specialist and contribute to the success of our global operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting project structures, designing and implementing new processes, and coordinating strategic meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project structures, including preparing workshops, creating templates, and monitoring task fulfillment.
  • Design, roll out, and implement new processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate strategic meetings, workshops, and events with key stakeholders and customers.
  • Develop powerful presentations to communicate innovation topics to top managers.
  • Monitor and manage various items, including purchase orders, internal orders, and inventory.
  • Manage calendars, emails, and correspondences, as well as coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
  • Student at a university or university of applied sciences.
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Innovation Management, Technology, Operations Management, Management, Event Management, Project Management, or similar.
  • Computer skills: MS Office 365, CRM, VMS.
  • Experience with Adobe Suite, project management tools, or project management certifications is a plus.
  • Language skills: English and German proficiency required.
  • Highly flexible and able to work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and in an interdisciplinary team.
