About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join our Logistics team at Project A Ventures. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of global transportation of goods, ensuring prompt deliveries based on our customer needs.

In this role, you will focus on implementing and streamlining operational concepts and processes that are cost-efficient and automate business processes. You will work closely with our business partners to build strong long-term relationships that strengthen our business.

You will develop a thorough understanding of our business model to implement operational concepts and processes that are cost-efficient and automate business processes. You will also integrate internal operations and logistics with technology to automate and digitalize processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage an operations/logistics department for a fast-growing global startup
  • Orchestrate end-to-end execution of global transportation of goods ensuring prompt deliveries based on customer needs
  • Create and strengthen relationships with business partners, building strong long-term partnerships that strengthen our business
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the business model to implement operational concepts and processes that are cost-efficient and automate business processes
  • Integrate internal operations and logistics with technology to automate and digitalize processes
  • Establish business modeling for warehousing and storage solutions
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar. A vocational training in logistics would also be relevant
  • Experience in Operations/Logistics/Supply Chain management with B2B focus, especially in process design and development
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across the globe simultaneously
  • Ability to solve problems out-of-the-box which allows you to quickly and effectively solve any issues that may arise
  • Motivated and passionate about new ideas and a creative solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
