Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead an operations/logistics department for a rapidly expanding global startup.
- Oversee the complete execution of global goods transportation, ensuring timely deliveries tailored to customer requirements.
- Forge and nurture relationships with business partners, establishing robust long-term collaborations that enhance our operations.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business model to implement operational strategies that are efficient and automate processes.
- Integrate logistics and internal operations with technology to streamline and digitize workflows.
- Design business models for warehousing and storage solutions.
- Degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Vocational training in logistics is also relevant.
- Experience in Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management with a B2B focus, particularly in process design and development.
- Capability to manage multiple global projects concurrently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset to address challenges effectively.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about new concepts with a solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
We are looking for support in our Berlin office. Eligibility to work within the EU is required.
