As part of our ongoing effort to fulfill our ambition of being the world's most customer-centric company, we are seeking a Senior/Professional Services Project Manager for a full-time individual contributor position.
The ideal candidate will lead large-scale projects, analyzing, defining, and implementing innovative solutions for our B2B customers. This role requires excellent project management skills, the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, influence without authority, and plan, organize, and manage all phases of a project.
We are looking for a passionate advocate for our customers and their experience. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with customers from various industries and verticals, using your expertise in project management to drive successful outcomes.
About the JobThis is a critical role within Amazon Business Professional Services, where you will be accountable for driving customer success, adoption, and spend. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of concurrent business integrations, balancing resources and priorities across multiple demanding customers.
As a Senior/Professional Services Project Manager, you will own the project management of assigned customer projects, scoping based on customer procurement objectives or implementing account requirements informed by Solutions Consulting design. You will recommend, build, test, and deliver the best Amazon Business account functionality to support customer goals.
You will secure the services of our Solutions Architects and Partner Management teams to support technical integrations and support the customer throughout the project build. Upon account readiness, you will deploy our internal Training resource to create and deliver launch activities and/or training for the customer's Admin/Accounts Payable Team and end users, ensuring successful account deployment.
You will track account adoption and performance until satisfied that the solution delivered meets customer needs, iterating where required to support customer change management needs.
About the Ideal CandidateWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Professional Services Project Manager with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding project/programme goals and customer spend expectations. The ideal candidate will have experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments.
The candidate must be able to lead customer-facing engagements in German and possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience, as well as experience identifying trends and needs to improve an already closed large-scale technology deal.
Apart from English, proficiency in one or more of the following languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish) would be considered an asset.
Salary RangeThe salary range for this position is $110,000-$140,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
