Global Sales Expansion Manager

Amazon is seeking an Account Manager to join our Global Selling, EU to US, Marketplace Team in Germany. This exciting new role will focus on recruiting, supporting, and managing strategic third-party Sellers from Europe that want to grow their businesses globally.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will leverage your analytical and commercial skills to provide in-depth business analysis and effective account management for key sellers. As the main point of contact for these partners, you will manage the day-to-day relationship, ensuring they are fully competent on Amazon's selling tools and familiar with our wide range of products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, support, and manage strategic third-party Sellers from Europe
- Provide in-depth business analysis and effective account management for key sellers
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with sellers, ensuring they are fully competent on Amazon's selling tools and familiar with our products and services
You will identify opportunities to increase their revenue across Amazon's global marketplaces and help them maintain our high customer experience standards. Additionally, you will collect sellers' feedback, escalate issues, and drive cross-functional teams to prioritize and deploy timely solutions to support improved processes and Seller experience.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Native German speaker. Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Self-motivated team player, with a hands-on mentality to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving team environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally, thinking both strategically and tactically, with attention to detail
A successful candidate will have proven experience in developing original ideas, approaches, and solutions to typical, unusual, or difficult situations in a competitive and ever-changing business climate. You should also have proven quantitative analytical capability and project management skills, as well as being customer-focused, extremely detail-oriented, and able to effectively prioritize and multi-task.
