We're seeking a passionate and ambitious Account Manager to support the growth of European sellers expanding their reach on Amazon's global marketplaces.

The Opportunity

The Amazon Global Selling team empowers European sellers to expand their businesses to the US marketplace. As an Account Manager, you'll work closely with European brands to onboard them onto Amazon US and provide expertise on listing optimization, advertising & promotions, logistics, and other best practices.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to accompany Sellers' development and drive their growth from a local to an international level.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Recruit, support, and manage strategic third-party Sellers from Europe to grow their businesses to a global level.
  2. Provide in-depth business analysis and effective account management for key sellers.
  3. Manage the day-to-day relationship with these partners, ensuring they're fully competent on Amazon's selling tools and familiar with our wide range of products and services.
  4. Identify opportunities to increase their revenue across Amazon's global marketplaces and help them maintain our high customer experience standards.
  5. Collect sellers' feedback, escalate issues, and drive cross-functional teams to prioritize and deploy timely solutions to support improved processes and Seller experience.

Requirements

  • Native German speaker. Fluent in English.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Self-motivated team player, with a hands-on mentality to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving team environment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, thinking both strategically and tactically, with attention to detail.
