Key Responsibilities- Spares Management: Manage inbound and outbound spares from the warehouse, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory management.
- Stock Take and Audits: Conduct quarterly stock takes in local warehouses and service partner warehouses, ensuring accurate inventory levels and identifying any discrepancies.
- Onsite Maintenance: Perform onsite minor break-fix hardware maintenance, including hot swap hard disk replacement and cable reseating.
- Physical and Logical Audits: Conduct onsite physical and logical audits for proactive sparing, ensuring that systems are running efficiently and effectively.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform quarterly onsite preventive maintenance per assigned customer, ensuring that systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Spare Parts Delivery: Handle spare parts deliveries to field engineers, service partner warehouses, and local warehouses, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory management.
- Incident Resolution: Ensure that all supported incidents or tickets are resolved within service level agreements (SLAs), providing prompt and professional communication to customers.
- Customer Communication: Ensure that all customer communication is prompt, professional, and reliable, providing clear and concise information to customers.
- Commitment to Customers: Ensure that all commitments made to customers are met or rescheduled with the customer's knowledge and approval, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Learning: Continuously learn additional technical and non-technical skills, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Escalation Procedures: Escalate calls through the correct channels promptly, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

- Warehouse Inventory: Monitor warehouse inventory movement, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
- Warehouse Labelling and Binning: Ensure that warehouse parts labelling and binning are compliant with TRT global standards, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
- Onsite Procedures: Ensure that procedures are properly followed when onsite, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Support for Spare Parts: Ensure that on-time support is provided for spare parts, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordination: Coordinate with the FE/SeP team for urgent part requirements onsite, ensuring that systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Oracle Certified Professional: Maintain Oracle certification, ensuring that technical skills are up-to-date and relevant.
