About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Manager to join our team at theBASE FOL Group GmbH. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and unforgettable experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for our residents, handling tasks such as check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
  • Organize and execute community events, both free and paid, that foster a sense of community and encourage social interaction among residents.
  • Manage the content of our resident app, promoting community events and our café.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, supporting residents with coffee specialties, soft drinks, and small snacks.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and housekeeping tasks, ensuring compliance with our standards and processing tickets in our property management system.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including invoicing.
Requirements
  • Professional experience in a related field, such as hotel management, event planning, or customer service.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Responsibility, attention to detail, and a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Passion for community building, social media, and apps.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
